Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026. These terms govern your use of SAVEDLY (savedly.net). By using the site or uploading a file you agree to them.

1. The service

SAVEDLY is a free, ad-supported file and video sharing service. You upload a file, we give you a link, and anyone with that link can view or download the file. No account is required. The service is operated by the SAVEDLY team, reachable at support@savedly.net.

2. Acceptable use

You may not upload, store, share or link to:

• Copyrighted material you do not have the right to distribute.
• Malware, viruses, phishing kits or any malicious software.
• Illegal content of any kind. Child sexual abuse material is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Other people's personal data without their consent.
• Content used to harass, defraud or threaten others.

Executable files (for example .exe, .msi, .bat) are blocked at upload as a security measure, and every upload is scanned with antivirus software. See our Security page for details.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload. By uploading you grant SAVEDLY a limited license to store, copy and serve the file to the people you share the link with, which is what makes the service work. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it.

4. File retention

SAVEDLY is built for active sharing, not long-term storage. Files that receive no visits for 7 days are automatically and permanently deleted. Files that keep being viewed or downloaded stay available. Always keep your own backup copy of anything important.

5. Content removal

We may remove any file and block access without notice if it breaks these terms, triggers our security systems, or is the subject of a valid complaint. Copyright holders can request takedowns through the DMCA page, and anyone can flag a file with the report form. Reports are reviewed by a human moderator.

6. Advertising

The download page shows third-party advertising and a short countdown. That advertising is what keeps the service free with no account required. Ad networks operate under their own terms and policies; see our Cookie Policy for how their cookies work.

7. Accounts

Accounts are optional. If you sign in with Google we store your email address so your uploads can be listed in your account page. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting us.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee availability, speed or permanence of any file. SAVEDLY is not liable for lost files, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Your remedy if you are unhappy with the service is to stop using it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
